By accessing and using Soul Virtues Extractor (soulvirtues.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. Entertainment & Informational Purpose

The Soul Virtues Extractor is provided solely for entertainment, educational, and fan self-reflection purposes. The results—both the free quiz and any paid report—are independent answer-scale scores and original creative text, not population percentiles, moral grades, formal psychological evaluations, clinical medical advice, or diagnoses of any kind. Changing the question bank changes the measurement; results from different versions of the test should not be treated as directly comparable. If you are experiencing emotional distress, please seek support from a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the knowledge, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make any purchase on this website. The free quiz remains available to general audiences. Purchases made by minors without guardian consent may be refunded and the corresponding content access revoked.

4. Digital Products, Pricing & Payment

While the basic 66-question self-reflection quiz and primary soul result are accessible free of charge, we offer a premium digital product—the Seven Virtues: Personal Trait Archive & Guidebook (the "Paid Report")—for a one-time fee as displayed at checkout. From time to time we may offer promotional pricing (such as clearly labeled introductory launch pricing); such promotions are voluntary, honestly labeled, and may end at any time.

All sales are made by Waffo Pancake, acting as merchant of record and legal seller of the Paid Report. Payments are processed on Waffo Pancake's secure checkout page, where your payment details and email address are collected by Waffo Pancake for order processing, invoicing, tax compliance, and delivery of your receipt. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and remitted by Waffo Pancake where required.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Before checkout, we save a private guide generated from your complete 66-item answers. After verified payment, we automatically request a personalized DeepSeek interpretation of your saved 66 statements and answers, with seven trait readings, 14 actual answer receipts, practice scenarios, and a seven-day reflection plan. Generation may take a few minutes and continues in the background if you close the page. Your private link shows the saved result when ready; you do not need to pay or request generation again. The complete PDF becomes available after successful generation. After payment, click Done in Waffo to return. We verify the order before granting access. If confirmation is delayed, use Check again; do not pay twice. Waffo sends the transaction receipt; it is separate from your private report link.

Save your PDF and private link. Online access lasts 30 days from confirmed payment and supports English and Spanish. The private link opens the saved guide on another device; anyone with the link can read it. Your practice notes stay in the browser where you wrote them, so include them in your saved PDF. If you lose the link, contact tangjei414@gmail.com from the purchasing email with your Waffo order number within 30 days. After verifying the purchase, we can issue a replacement link to the original guide without another payment. Support recovery is handled manually; report links are not automatically emailed. Refunded orders lose online access.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Because the seller of record is Waffo Pancake, refunds and payment disputes for the Paid Report are handled through Waffo Pancake and its buyer protection and refund policies, as presented at checkout and in your receipt email. Requests made through Waffo's official channels take precedence over any conflicting statement in these Terms. Where applicable law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, in the EU or UK), that right is preserved and, in line with Waffo Pancake's buyer terms for immediately delivered digital content, is deemed waived upon first use of the Paid Report.

Technical Failure Guarantee: If a technical error occurs during checkout or report generation—such as being charged without receiving access to your Paid Report within 24 hours—you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund or assistance, please contact us at contact@soulvirtues.org with your transaction details. Verified technical-failure refund requests are submitted to Waffo Pancake within 1 business day; refund timing and final processing follow Waffo Pancake's buyer protection policy.

7. License to Paid Content

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and keep the Paid Report for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or use the Paid Report commercially, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Scores and answer receipts are calculated by code from your actual answers. Personalized interpretation, reflection exercises and the seven-day plan are generated by DeepSeek after verified payment and your checkout consent. Successful results are saved with your guide. Generation failures are shown and retried a limited number of times; prepared workbook text is never represented as a completed AI interpretation. Earlier purchases require separate consent before individual answers are sent to AI. AI text may contain inaccuracies or generic statements and is not a professional assessment. All content is for entertainment and self-reflection only.

9. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt web servers, execute automated scraping or abusive traffic generation, bypass payment mechanisms, or distribute malicious code.

10. Term, Suspension & Termination

These Terms of Service remain in effect while you use the website. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the website, block IP addresses, cancel pending digital delivery sessions, or pursue legal remedies without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, unauthorized scraping, or abusive conduct.

11. Intellectual Property & Fan Tribute Disclaimer

This website is an independent fan-created interactive project and is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Toby Fox or any original rightsholder. The paid product is our own original, algorithmically generated self-reflection text inspired by seven-virtue philosophy and retro pixel aesthetics; it is not an official game product and contains no official game assets or data. For all other matters, these Terms are operated by an independent creator based in mainland China and are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
